About Megan

I was raised in Andover, Kansas, and knew I wanted to become a physician from the age of five. I obtained my undergraduate education at Kansas State University, where I earned a degree in Chemical Engineering. I then graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where I discovered my passion for obstetrics and gynecology. I completed my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Overland Park Regional Medical Center, where I served as Administrative Chief Resident during my final year.

I am a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, reflecting my commitment to academic excellence and compassionate patient care. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, supported in their healthcare journey, and empowered to make informed, evidence-based decisions that align with their personal goals and values. I believe every patient deserves an advocate and strive to provide individualized care through every stage of life.

I enjoy the variety that obstetrics and gynecology offers, from caring for patients during pregnancy and childbirth to providing preventive care, gynecologic treatment, and surgery. I value the opportunity to care for women across every phase of life and consider it a privilege to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with my patients and their families.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Malik, and our dog, Millie. In my free time, I love traveling, reading, and exploring new restaurants throughout the Kansas City area.
